Dr. Giannis Zarotis

Psychotherapist – Athletic Psychologist

Mr. Yiannis Zarotis holds a professional license as a Psychologist, having graduated from the Department of Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as from the Hellenic Open University. He is a member of the Hellenic Psychological Society, the Hellenic Society of Cognitive Psychotherapies, the Hellenic Society of Sports Psychology, the European Federation of Sports Psychology, and the International Society of Applied Sport Psychology. Additionally, he serves as a reviewer for the scientific journal “Journal of Sports Sciences.”

He collaborates with athletes and teams in psychological preparation and support for sports activities, while also offering psychotherapy services on an individual basis.

He has been trained in Cognitive Psychotherapy (Aeginiteio Hospital). He holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree in “Physical Education and Sports” at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in “Sports Psychology.”
